Shipping

ChildSeniorSafety.com Inc ships all orders Ground UPS, Federal Express and US Postal Service depending where you live. We choose the quickest method of shipping to serve our customers. Shipment can take 7 to 10 days. Quicker service can be arranged at an additional charge. ChildSeniorSafety.com will be contact you of these charges prior to shipment. These charges will be collected before orders are shipped. We will email order confirmations with tracking numbers so you can track your orders. ChildSeniorSafety.com Inc will ship any where in the USA.

Products: Returns &Warranties
ChildSeniorSafety.com Inc does not manufacture any of the safety products or accessories on their web site. Any claims would have to be made directly to the manufacturer. If any product is damaged during shipment from us, we will exchange that product for the same product. We must receive the product in its original packaging with the original invoice before we replace that product. If the damage is due to improper installation, we will not exchange it. You will have to notify the manufacturer to get replacement, repair or refund.

If you are not satisfied with any product that you purchase, you have 30 days to return that product. It must be in new condition and sent postage pre-paid. We will either replace that item or refund price minus S&H. ChildSeniorSafety.com Inc. will guarantee for a period of one year that products installed by them under normal usage are free from defects and malfunctions . If any product fails during that time we will repair or replace that item at no charge.

The prices on any safety product and accessories may change at any time without notice.
